Folder Security
        Security settings can be modified to allow certain staff members add, modify, and delete rights for attachment folders.
        To Grant Access
        
            - Click SETUP > Security Administration > user rights templates tab and select the security template. 
- Click [edit]. 
- Open Resource Groups > Client.
- In the Rights area, the following rights are available under Folders:
            - Add: Secures the New Folder option in the context tool.
- Modify: Secures the ability to rename folders. 
Note: Staff members who have access to add folders should also be given rights to modify in order to allow the naming of the new folders.
        
            - Delete: Secures the delete folder option.
            - In the Rights area, make the appropriate selections.
- On the Navigation Toolbar, click Save.
